Day 3
Today was arms and shoulders. I was able to get through it! I didn't do the bonus round, but I am satisfied that I was successful in completing the required portion of the workout. I did more of the Ab Ripper X than I did on the first day. This portion of the workout is a killer. I cried uncle at the scissor part. Killer. My body hurts and I am having difficulty picking up my son, but in my heart of hearts I believe that it will be worth it.
